ANATL Realiza Inspeção Aos Trabalhos da Toa Corporation

Díli, 30 de setembro de 2026 – O Presidente do Conselho de Administração da ANATL, E.P., Eng. Romualdo António Soares da Silva, acompanhado pela Diretora da UEPI da ANATL, realizou uma inspeção aos trabalhos de construção em curso executados pela TOA Corporation, com o objetivo de monitorizar o progresso dos trabalhos e fornecer orientações técnicas para assegurar a boa execução dos serviços.

Durante a inspeção, foram igualmente dadas instruções à empresa para prestar especial atenção às instalações e aos equipamentos antigos existentes na área de demolição, de modo a permitir à ANATL salvaguardar esses bens para os interesses do Estado.

ANATL CONDUCTS INSPECTION OF TOA CORPORATION’S WORKS

Dili, 30 September 2026 – The President of the Board of Directors of ANATL, E.P., Eng. Romualdo António Soares da Silva, accompanied by the Director of ANATL’s UEPI, conducted an inspection of the ongoing construction works being carried out by TOA Corporation, with the aim of monitoring the progress of the works and providing technical guidance to ensure their proper implementation.

During the inspection, the company was also instructed to pay particular attention to the existing old facilities and equipment in the demolition area, so that ANATL can safeguard these assets in the interests of the State.

DNALP Conducts Inspection of Wall Fence Construction at the Automatic Weather Station (AWS) in Ainaro Municipality

Ainaro, 29 September 2026 — A team from the Ministry of Transport and Communications (MTK), through the DNALP Directorate, together with officers from the Procurement and Logistics Asset Department and engineers from UPMA (Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Unit), conducted an inspection of the construction of the wall fence at the Automatic Weather Station (AWS) in Ainaro Municipality.

The Automatic Weather Station (AWS) serves to:

* Detect and collect data on wind speed.

* Detect and collect rainfall data, including rainfall intensity and amount.

DNALP Realiza Inspeção da Construção do Muro de Vedação na Estação Meteorológica Automática (AWS) no Município de Ainaro

Ainaro, 29 de setembro de 2026 — Uma equipa do Ministério dos Transportes e Comunicações (MTK), através da Direção da DNALP, juntamente com técnicos do Departamento de Aquisições e Património Logístico e engenheiros da UPMA (Unidade de Planeamento, Monitorização e Avaliação), realizou uma inspeção à construção do muro de vedação da Estação Meteorológica Automática (AWS) no Município de Ainaro.

A Estação Meteorológica Automática (AWS) tem como função:

* Detetar e recolher dados sobre a velocidade do vento.

* Detetar e recolher dados sobre a precipitação, incluindo a sua intensidade e quantidade.

DNTT Atualiza O Progresso Do Desenvolvimento Do Ltmis Versão 2 (Ltmis V2) Ao Ministro Dos Transportes E Comunicações

Díli, 28 de setembro de 2026 – O Diretor Nacional dos Transportes Terrestres (DNTT), Nelson Sequeira Martins, acompanhado pela equipa de IT e pelos técnicos da DNTT, realizou uma atualização sobre o progresso do desenvolvimento do Land Transport Management Information System – Versão 2 (LTMIS V2) ao Ministro dos Transportes e Comunicações, no Gabinete do Ministro, em Kaikoli, Díli.

O LTMIS V2 é desenvolvido com o objetivo de melhorar a eficiência dos serviços da DNTT, modernizar o atendimento ao público e reforçar a utilização da tecnologia na gestão dos transportes terrestres em Timor-Leste.

Entre as principais melhorias previstas no LTMIS V2 destacam-se:
Atualização e modernização da utilização da tecnologia no sistema LTMIS;
Melhoria e introdução de novos módulos e funcionalidades, incluindo o aperfeiçoamento das funcionalidades existentes, para tornar os serviços de atendimento mais rápidos, eficientes e acessíveis;

Integração com o sistema bancário do Banco Nacional de Comércio de Timor-Leste (BNCTL), permitindo facilitar os pagamentos digitais dos serviços da DNTT pelos cidadãos.

O Land Transport Management Information System (LTMIS) é um sistema informático e uma base de dados digital destinada a gerir, registar e controlar informações relacionadas com os transportes terrestres.

Em Timor-Leste, o LTMIS é utilizado pela Direção Nacional dos Transportes Terrestres (DNTT), sob o Ministério dos Transportes e Comunicações (MTC), como parte do processo de modernização dos serviços públicos, substituindo progressivamente os procedimentos manuais por sistemas digitais.

Entre as principais funções do LTMIS encontram-se:
Registo de Veículos (Vehicle Registration);

Gestão de Cartas de Condução (Driver’s Licence Management);
Inspeção e Licenciamento de Veículos (Vehicle Inspection and Licensing);

Controlo e Gestão das Fronteiras Terrestres (Land Border Control and Management).

O desenvolvimento do LTMIS V2 representa uma etapa importante na transformação digital dos serviços de transportes terrestres, com o objetivo de proporcionar serviços públicos mais eficientes, modernos, transparentes e acessíveis aos cidadãos de Timor-Leste.

Dili, 28 September 2026 – The National Director of Land Transport (DNTT), Nelson Sequeira Martins, together with the DNTT IT and technical teams, provided the Minister for Transport and Communications with an update on the development progress of the Land Transport Management Information System – Version 2 (LTMIS V2) at the Minister’s Office in Kaikoli, Dili.

LTMIS V2 is being developed to improve the efficiency of DNTT services, modernise public service delivery, and strengthen the use of technology in land transport management in Timor-Leste.

The main improvements planned under LTMIS V2 include:

Updating and modernising the use of technology within the LTMIS;
Improving existing modules and introducing new modules and features to make public services faster, more efficient, and accessible;
Integrating the system with the Banco Nacional de Comércio de Timor-Leste (BNCTL) banking system to facilitate digital payments for DNTT services by citizens.

The Land Transport Management Information System (LTMIS) is a digital information system and database designed to manage, register, and control information related to land transportation.

In Timor-Leste, LTMIS is used by the National Directorate of Land Transport (DNTT) under the Ministry of Transport and Communications (MTC) as part of the modernisation of public services, progressively moving from manual procedures to digital systems.
