The National Directorate of Administration of the Ministry of Transport and Communications (MTC) organized a workshop on the management of public assets and properties on 30 July 2014.
Director Generale of MTC, Mr. Joanico Goncalves in his presentation urged staff of MTC especially the directors to adopt an efficient control system for managing state's assets. He emphasized that “from the first day of January  onward, we will implement a simple and easy to use system that is well managed and is integrated to the national system”.Also presenting at the workshop was the National Director for State Patrimony, Sra. Evangelina Guterres. Sra. Guterres explained to the participants the roles and responsibilities of the state patrimony and the information about how to use the public assets as well as how to manage the mobile assets.
